Regina dei Ghiacci (Queen of the Ice) is an heirloom organic iceberg lettuce with large, tightly packed, crisp heads. Slow to bolt and resistant to heat, which is why Italian growers have relied on it for generations. The crunch is real.

Certified organic seed. Unlike supermarket iceberg, this variety actually has flavour. Grows well in Irish conditions from spring through autumn. One of those lettuces that makes you realise what you have been missing.
