Description
Berlicum is a vigorous mid-late maincrop carrot with long, bright orange cylindrical roots. Sweet, crunchy and excellent for both fresh eating and long-term storage. A proper workhorse variety that produces a heavy crop.
Sow from March to June. The roots keep well in the ground into late autumn, or lift them for storage. One of those reliable varieties that experienced gardeners plant every year without thinking about it.
