Description
Digitale Multicolor is a biennial foxglove producing tall elegant spikes of tubular flowers in a rich mix of colours. A classic in Irish cottage gardens. The tall spikes attract bumblebees who climb inside the bell-shaped flowers to feed.
Sow in spring or summer, and it will flower the following year. Self-seeds readily, so once you have foxgloves in the garden, you will always have foxgloves. The vertical presence is perfect for the back of a border.
🌱 Sowing information
Sow from March to June on the soil surface without covering. Keep moist until germination.

Prefers partial shade but tolerates full sun in cooler climates.

Water regularly during establishment. Mature plants prefer moderate moisture and good drainage.
