Description

Carrot Mix combines several varieties to give you white, orange and yellow roots from one packet. Colourful rows in the garden and a beautiful mix on the plate. Medium-early varieties that perform well in Irish conditions.

A fun alternative to standard orange carrots. Excellent for roasting together, where the different colours hold up and the varying flavours complement each other. Good starting point if you want to try something different.
